Now, I don't know what his deal was, but he accosted me at dinner to ask if I remembered him and then gave me that message. He also pulled a strange weapon on me and by the end of the conversation he was overwhelmed with emotion and shouted that he had no reason to be nice to me.

There seems to be a lot of mistaking me for someone else going around. On my way here, some blonde boy probably around Sora's age pulled two strange looking weapons on me and threatened to have his statues attack me if I came any closer as I walked past his temple. All because I reminded him of some asshole superior of his that treated him poorly.

It's likely he mistook you for someone else or has some reason to believe you're an asshole of some sort. He's...an excitable boy, but he means well.
